It's our policy to do the best by all of our clients. We can't do this unless we have all of the possible information in front of us to determine what the best course of action is for your skin in accordance with what your goals are and your expectations.

So what does this mean?

We require our new clients to invest in an OBSERV diagnostic consultation with us.

In your consultation, we will discuss all things skin and your health history as well as your goals and the changes you'd like to see.

We'll complete a double cleanse and proceed to do clinical images using our OBSERV 520x machine, a top of the line machine that provides images for us to dissect the true nature of your skin. The consultation will take around 30-45 minutes and if you are wanting a treatment to follow on from that, you'll need to add an extra 45 minutes.

Once this is complete, we will discuss a product regimen and a treatment plan. If you want to book in for a treatment
